BUTTER CHICKEN |

2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste |

Entire Packet of Suhana Butter Chicken Mix (50g) |

½ Cup 100ml Milk |
» |
4tbsp salted butter |
» |
2tbsp oil |
» |
1 cup /150g fresh tomato, pureed |
» |
1 cup /200ml water |

SUHANA EXPRESS METHOD |
» |
Marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste for 15-20 minutes. |
» |
Make a paste of Suhana Butter Chicken Mix with milk. |
» |
Heat 2tbsp butter and saute chicken for 12-15minutes on a medium flame . Keep Aside. |
» |
Heat oil in a frying pan, add tomato puree and cook till it oozes out |
» |
Add paste and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add sautéed chicken, remaining butter and water. |
» |
Simmer on a low flame until the gravy thickens. Garnish with cream and serve hot. |

SUHANA EXPRESS METHOD |

Stove top:- Mix Suhana Chicken Gravy Mix with 500ml water and add chicken. Cover with lid and cook for 25-30 minutes or till the chicken is done |

Microwave: Mix Suhana Chicken Curry Mix with 500ml water in microwave safe bowl, add chicken, stir well and cover with lid. Cook on micro 900w for 10minutes, mix well and cook for another 20 minutes on 900w. |

Suhana Tip:- You can make delicious chicken wraps and chicken samosas with Suhana Chicken Gravy Mix. |

SHAHI BIRYANI |
|
Cooking time : 40 minutes. |

1 cup /200g rice, washed and soaked for 15minutes and drained. |

5 cups water |
» |
1tbsp salt |
» |
430 g (1lb) Chicken /Mutton |
» |
½ cup /100g Natural yoghurt |
» |
Entire Packet of Suhana Shahi Biryani Mix (50g) |

3 tbsp ghee/oil |
» |
1 onion Chopped |
» |
Fresh Coriander and mint leaves chopped . A pinch of saffron mixed with a little lukewarm milk. |

For Garnishing
½ cup crisp fried onions

SUHANA EXPRESS METHOD |
» |
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes and drain. |
» |
Boil water, add salt and 1tbsp oil. Add soaked rice & cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain water completely. |
» |
Make a paste of yoghurt and Suhana Shahi Biryani Mix and marinate meat with this. Keep aside for 1 hour. |
» |
In a large frying pan, heat remaining oil, add onion and saute until golden brown. Add marinated chicken and cook for 25 minutes or till it is tender. |
» |
Place the meat in a heavy bottomed casserole or pan cover with rice; sprinkle the saffron infused milk on top. |
» |
Cover the pot with a tight lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. Garnish with fried onions |

Serving Suggestion:- Serve hot with cold mint raita. |

Heat 3tbsp butter in a pan, add chicken and saute for 10-12 minutes. Keep aside. |

Mix Suhana Chicken Tikka Masala Mix with water in a frying pan ad cook for 10minutes.Add sautéed chicken. |

Simmer for 1-2 minutes or till gravy thickens |

Marinate chicken pieces & keep aside for 1 hr. |

Set microwave at 900w and grill chicken for 10-15 minutes and reposition frequently. |

Bast with Butter and grill for another 15-20 minutes or till chicken is done. |

Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree, and saute for 3-4 minutes or till the oil oozes out |

Add Suhana Shahi Paneer Mix Paste and Saute for a miute. |

Add cottage cheese, milk and cook till the gravy thickens. |
» |
Add cream and simmer for a minute. |
